TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF More Retail Private Limited’s (“More Retail”) MORE+ Loyalty PROGRAM AND More+ Points WALLET:

You, the Customer, hereby acknowledge that you (“Customer”) have, without any ambiguity, understood in entirety, and accepted without any demur and / or protest and / or claim, the terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) of More Retail, having its CIN U65990MH1988PTC048117 and its registered office at 5th floor, Skyline Icon, 86/92, Andheri Kurla Road, Near Mittal Industrial Estate, Andheri (East), Mumbai City Maharashtra 400059 India, as set out hereinbelow, which may be amended / modified / altered from time to time without any prior written or oral notification / intimation to (including without any prior written or oral confirmation from) the Customer, and available on this platform (i.e. [●]) (“Platform”) and agrees that the same will be binding upon the Customer and by accepting the said Terms and Conditions, the Customer shall not dispute the same and agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and any amendments thereto and waives his/her right to claim and / or raise any objections / protest against the same. By registering with More Retail or using the Wallet or taking part in any of the Programs below, you are deemed to have accepted the below terms and conditions (as amended from time to time).

By accepting the Terms & Conditions, the Customer consents to receive information and promotional communication from More Retail and its affiliate partners. All account details, service details, special offers, updates, and any other information and promotional communications would be sent through various modes of communication including without limitation SMS, email, telecommunication, WhatsApp, and other modes of communication as may be applicable. You confirm that laws in relation to the unsolicited communication referred in “National Do Not Call Registry” (the “NDNC Registry”) as laid down by Telecom Regulatory Authority of India will not be applicable for the above mentioned communication received from More Retail, its employees, agents, affiliate partners, and/or associates.

Disputes if any, arising between the parties under these Terms and Conditions, will be governed by the laws of India and parties hereby irrevocably submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai.

  • More Retail’s More+ Loyalty program (“More+ Loyalty Program”) is a loyalty program that provides additional benefits and More+ points to its Members. The Customers can become a Member of the More+ Loyalty Program as long as they meet certain conditions of the More+ Loyalty Program. These conditions can change as per the prevailing policies of the More+ Loyalty Program.

  • More Retail reserves the right to amend, add, delete, alter and/or modify any of the terms and conditions, rules, regulations, or benefits of the More+ Reward program (“Terms & Conditions of the More+ Loyalty Program”) at any time, without (whether written or oral) prior intimation / notice to the Customer and / or without taking any prior (written or oral) approval from the Customer. The Customer categorically waives the aforesaid right of intimation / notice / approval. The Customer agrees that it is the responsibility of the Customer to keep themselves updated of the Terms & Conditions of the More+ Loyalty Program at all times. The Customer acknowledges and agrees that More Retail does not bear any responsibility towards the Customer for any loss, damage, cost, expenses, penalties, levies incurred by the CustomerI in the event of any amendment / addition / deletion / change / alteration of the Terms & Conditions of the More + Rewards Program.

  • Customers who cumulatively spend more than specified amounts (Rs.500/-, or Rs.3000/-, or Rs.6000/-) in a calendar month from select stores will be given More+ points based on their spend (as given in the table below). Spends using More+ points will not be considered in the monthly cumulative spends against which more+ points are rewarded

  • More+ points will not be given on spends against alcoholic beverages, baby food, cigarettes, More Wallet recharges and More+ Diamond subscriptions, and spends done by customers using more+ points

  • 1 morePoint = Rs. 1/-

  • More+ points holder can redeem or use their points for making purchases against a maximum of 50% of the bill value, once a day. But More+ points cannot be used for purchase of alcoholic beverages, baby food, cigarettes, More Wallet recharges and More+ Diamond subscriptions.

  • More+ points will be credited at the end of each day in the More+ points Wallet of the Customer/Member. The More+ points can be used for subsequent purchase transactions only.

  • The different Tiers of the Rewards Program will depend on the amount of monthly spend as given below and the Tier will determine the cashback or More+ points that Member will receive in his/her Wallet.

    If a customer does Rs.3500 worth of monthly spend, the customer will get 3000*0.025 + 500*0.033 =91.5 More+ points

  • The Tiers will be upgraded/changed at the end of each day but will be valid only till the end of the calendar month.

  • Rewards on reaching particular milestones will be communicated from time to time and are subject to change.

  • More+ Diamond Program – This is a subscription based loyalty program. Customers can subscribe to the More+ Diamond Program by paying Rs.199/- (Rupees One Hundred and Ninety Nine only). On payment, Customer will become members of More+ Diamond Program and the membership will be valid for a period of 1 (One) year from the date of payment/membership. As a member of the More+ Diamond Program, Customers will receive 5% of the bill amount (excluding alcoholic beverages, cigarettes, baby food items, More Wallet recharges and More+ Diamond enrollment spends) as cashback in the form of More+ points for all transactions for a duration of 1 (one) year from the date of subscription. Additionally, Member/customer will be entitled to welcome rewards/ vouchers that are communicated at the time of subscription. The More+ points from the More+ Diamond Program accumulated in the customers Wallet will not expire during the membership and More+ points can be used for making purchases against 50% of the bill value in a single day (excluding for purchase of alcoholic beverages, cigarettes, baby food items, More Wallet recharges and More+ Diamond enrollment) from specified more Stores, till the exhaustion of the More+ points.

  • Members can accumulate up to maximum of 2500 More+ points monthly in his/her Wallet.

  • More+ points will be deposited in the Customer’s More+ points Wallet. The More+ points Wallet will be linked to the Customers mobile number. More Retail’s More+ points wallet is a Closed Digital Wallet (“Wallet”) as defined under the Master Directions on Prepaid Payment Instruments (PPIs) (“Master Direction”) issued by the Reserve Bank of India (“RBI”) on 27 August 2021 and as modified from time to time and the said Master Direction is available at: https://rbi.org.in/scripts/NotificationUser.aspx?Mode=0&Id=12156#

  • The issuance or operation of the More+ points Wallet is not classified as a payment system requiring approval / authorisation by RBI. Therefore, the Wallet is not subject to regulation or supervision by the RBI.

  • More Retail will not be held responsible or liable for any loss of More+ points resulting from any reason including loss, misuse, surrender, or transfer of the Customer’s mobile number.

  • More+ points cannot be encashed i.e the Customer is not entitled to request a withdrawal of the More+ points balance nor claim any interest on it.

  • More+ points credited to a registered Customer’s account is non-transferable (i.e. the Wallet money cannot be transferred to another registered Customer’s account or to the same Customer’s another registered number). Any attempt to transfer or share the same with Customer’s alternate number will be considered a violation of More Retail’s Terms & Conditions of the More+ Loyalty program and may result in the suspension or termination of Customer’s More+ points Wallet without any prior notice

  • Customers should have downloaded and registered on the More App in order to redeem the More+ points.

  • More+ points will only be credited to a Customer if the correct mobile number is provided at the time of billing. It is the responsibility of the Customer to provide the same.

  • All More+ points (except for the More+ points under the More+ Diamond Program) will expire in 90 (ninety) days from the date of last billing of at least Rs. 500/-. Thus all More+ points will expire if no additional points have been credited to the Customer in the preceding 90 days. More+ points accumulated under More+ Diamond Program is valid for the entire period of subscription, post which all More+ points of the customer will expire as and when no More+ points get credited in the preceding 90 days.

  • It is the responsibility of the Member to use the More+ points before it expires. More Retail will not be liable for any loss or inconvenience caused due to the expiration of the More+ points.

  • More Retail reserves the right to refuse giving More+ points or redeeming the More+ points to any individual (for any reason whatsoever like suspected fraud), at its sole discretion and without assigning any reason thereof. More Retail reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the More+ Loyalty program at any time in its sole discretion, with or without prior notice. The decision to withhold redemption of More+ points or terminate More+ Loyalty program will be made at More Retail's sole discretion and will be final and binding.

  • More Retail may use the data collected from Applicants/Members/Customers during the sign-up process to gain a better understanding of their needs and preferences. This data will help More Retail to better serve its customers, providing them with a more personalized shopping experience that is tailored to the individual customer's interests. The ultimate goal is to provide our customer a better shopping experience, additional benefits and engagement.
